This type of disclaimer, popular with people who post infringing videos on YouTube, does not excuse copyright infringement. The act of copying itself constitutes infringement, and this kind of statement does nothing to change that. If anything, it may constitute an admission that the infringer is aware that they do not have the right to copy the work.
